Delivery & Returns

HOME DELIVERY.

We ship bicycles & accessories directly to your door. Your bicycle will be delivered to you in a flat pack, 80% assembled. We will provide you with instructions so that you can complete the remainder of assembly. 

DELIVERY TO YOUR LOCAL BIKE STORE (BICYCLES ONLY).

If you would like a bike store to complete assembly of your bicycle, put the bike store's address in the shipping details section of your order. We will ship your bicycle directly to the bike store. You must speak to the bike store first and let them know your bicycle will be sent directly to them. You should also try to confirm an assembly price with the bike store prior to delivery. You will responsible for all assembly charges.

DELIVERY TIMES.

Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched within 10 days of ordering. You will receive a dispatch notification & tracking number. Items are dispatched from Melbourne and standard delivery time frames apply (3-7 business days). If you live in a rural area please allow a few extra days for delivery.

NB. If you require your order urgently please contact us directly and we will do our utmost to accomodate. 

RETURNS. 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you change your mind you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. We will exchange the item or refund your payment in full. Please note that all returned bikes must be in the same condition as they were received. Return and exchange shipping will be at the customer's expense.
